Cleared IT and security personnel are not interchangeable with their uncleared counterparts. They have signed agreements, passed background investigations, and operated in environments where the rules are not suggestions. They understand what OPSEC actually means when applied daily, not just as a concept in a training slide.
Our cleared candidate pool spans Secret, Top Secret, and TS/SCI — with and without polygraph — across systems administration, network engineering, security, DevOps, and software development. Many have held Program of Record roles on defense contracts, supported intelligence community programs, or maintained infrastructure in SCIF and air-gapped environments.
They know STIG hardening not as a checkbox but as a real process applied to real systems. They know what cross-domain solutions actually look like in production. They understand the difference between SIPR and JWICS and have worked on both. They have written System Security Plans and had them approved by government AOs.
