Day 1 Onboarding
I-9 verification, account provisioning, hardware deployment. Your new hires are productive from the moment they badge in.
Nothing kills a new hire's momentum like sitting in a conference room on their first day with no laptop, no accounts, and no idea who to ask for help.
We coordinate with your HR department to ensure that every new employee has everything they need before they walk through the door. That means their machine is imaged, their accounts are created, their email is live, and their I-9 is ready for signature.
Our Day 1 checklist includes: Hardware deployment — laptop or workstation configured, imaged, and delivered. Account provisioning — email, Active Directory / Entra ID, SSO, VPN. I-9 and onboarding paperwork coordination with your HR team. Badge and physical access provisioning (if applicable). Welcome documentation — network access guides, IT policies, contact info for help desk. Orientation walkthrough — how to connect to Wi-Fi, VPN, printers, shared drives.
Why we hook into HR: Most companies treat IT onboarding and HR onboarding as separate processes. They shouldn't be. When a new hire's I-9 isn't signed before their start date, they legally can't work — and that delay cascades into IT provisioning delays, missed training, and wasted salary. We integrate with your HR workflow so that the moment someone is cleared to work, their IT environment is ready.
The result: Your new hire sits down on Day 1, opens their laptop, and gets to work. That's it. That's the goal.
