Overview

Central coordination role at the intersection of Agile delivery, customer engagement, and program management. You will serve as SCRUM Master for cross-functional technical teams delivering security and scale-testing initiatives — keeping ceremonies sharp, communication proactive, and execution disciplined.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the SCRUM Master for cross-functional technical teams delivering security and scale-testing initiatives
  • Lead Agile ceremonies including daily standups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
  • Drive accountability for sprint goals, team commitments, and removal of delivery blockers
  • Partner with technical leads, engineers, testers, and program leadership to ensure work is prioritized and executed effectively
  • Act as the primary coordination point between the customer, internal PMO, and delivery teams
  • Translate customer objectives, concerns, and timelines into actionable workstreams for internal teams
  • Maintain clear communication on project health, risks, dependencies, milestones, and status
  • Support both Agile/SCRUM execution and waterfall-style planning and reporting where required
  • Help manage customer expectations, meeting cadence, action items, and follow-through
  • Track program risks, decisions, and escalations and ensure they are communicated to the right stakeholders
  • Coordinate efforts across technical and non-technical teams to support large-scale test planning and delivery milestones
  • Ensure documentation, reporting, and program artifacts are maintained to a professional standard
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, transparency, and disciplined execution

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a SCRUM Master, Agile Delivery Lead, Engagement Manager, or similar role
  • Strong working knowledge of SCRUM, Agile delivery methods, and backlog-driven execution
  • Practical understanding of waterfall project management and ability to operate in hybrid delivery environments
  • Experience working between customers, PMO organizations, and technical teams
  • Strong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and maintain forward momentum in high-visibility programs
  • Experience supporting complex technical programs involving software delivery, testing, infrastructure, or cybersecurity
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail, follow-up, and documentation

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting government, regulated, or security-focused technology programs
  • Familiarity with zero trust, enterprise browser/security platforms, or large-scale software deployment efforts
  • Experience working with engineering, QA, DevSecOps, or scale/performance testing teams
  • Understanding of enterprise program governance, PMO reporting, and customer delivery frameworks
  • SCRUM certification such as CSM, PSM, or similar
  • PMP or related project/program management background
